This is a gift to the world featuring a diverse group of dancers from across the globe, including Indian actress Gracie Singh and featuring dance movements choreographed by youth leader, Aditi Goel and award-winning choreographer, Howard PheelGood, who has worked with Jennifer Lopez, Michael Jackson, guests on Dancing with the Stars, and many others.

Traditionally, Diwali is celebrated all over India as a festival symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness. This philosophy is more important than ever considering the climate around the world, including the global pandemic, civil uprisings, high unemployment rates, food insecurities, global warming, and challenged economies. People need hope and happiness, which is what this event - and the film wish to accomplish. Please join us in watching this short film celebrating this special day!

When a yogi and a hip-hop artist decide to join forces and help counteract the craziness that’s going in our world, wonderful things happen….like the new album Inclusion Revolution: Together with Love. It’s an amazing example of a spiritual hip hop meditation combination.

Sister Jenna is the founder of the Meditation Museum in Washington D.C. and host of a popular online syndicated radio show America Meditating. She and hip-hop artist JoRob (Waldron) have come together to provide a soothing, soulful musical meditation experience. They are joined by Kristin Hoffmann and Paul Luftenegger who also provide music on the album.

Inclusion Revolution: Together with Love is a great concept to help bring newcomers into the meditation movement. Meditation can be too intimidating and exotic for many people to wrap their heads around…thus, they may never start. This work provides different beautiful, downtempo musical arrangements fused with hip-hop and soul. The music serves as a bed supporting Sister Jenna’s gentle voice. 2017 Service Convocation

St. Thomas Aquinas College recognized students and employees for exemplary service to the community at its Service Convocation. Sister Jenna Marajh, award-winning spiritual leader and founder of the Meditation Museum in Silver Spring (MD) and McLean (VA), gave the Service Convocation address and received an honorary doctor of humane letters degree.

Over 50 students were recognized with distinctive service awards and five received Presidential Commendations. Elaine Winship (Washingtonville, NY), Instructor of Communication Arts, received the Faculty Service Award, and Robert Ambrose (Jamaica, NY), Maintenance Supervisor, received the Staff Service Award. Dr. Evan Matthews and Dr. Catherine Corcoran performed a musical interlude during the ceremony.
